| DSA-6 Acrylonitrile Catalyst | ShandongDeshangChemicalCo,Ltd.has been engaged in research and development ofDSA-6 catalysts since 2010. Based on guaranteeing low reaction temperature property and cleanliness of XYA-5 acrylonitrile catalysts,the activity and stability of catalysts are mainly considered.Preparation ratios of elements are adjusted mainly according to the propylene ammonia oxidation reaction mechanism,the scheelite structure with catalyst lattice oxygen defects and the charge balance theory on the surface of catalysts.Besides,it mainly pays attention to improvement of the catalyst preparation process.After long-term exploration and tests,the activity and stability of catalysts have been improved significantly.In March 2019,we applied for the national patent of DSA-6 catalyst.Now it can be applied to industrial productionIts outstanding characteristics include low temperature,high efficiency,cleanliness,stability,being able to be operated under 423-425℃.The single-way yield of acrylonitrile is about 82%.
